Formation Language Authorizing the Addition

of Sewer to the District

In addition, the District shall have the power to acquire or construct and operate the following improvements and to perform the following services to the inhabitants of the proposed District:

​

Water, sewage, solid waste disposal and other sanitary systems and facilities; and the provision of services
for the collection and supply of the District with water for domestic use and the provision of services for the collection, treatment and disposal of sewage and solid waste disposal.
